Ling Kai
Better known as ling86 by the online community, Ling Kai literally rose to stardom overnight when she garnered over a million hits on her Youtube video, Larkin Step. Despite only being twenty two years of age, the self-taught guitarist has been an avid performer in Singapore's independent music scene and displays a maturity in her song writing that compliments her unique musical vision.
Believing in staying true to her art and delivering poetic lyrics through emotive tunes, her new EP, Honestly is the epitome of what Ling tries to convey in her music.
